On many occasions, I have been briefed to capture employees in a candid/natural manner in order to produce an authentic look and feel. 
The approach is very different from traditional portrait photography, as the aim is to show the personality through engagement with colleagues and general work life in the office. I know how to work with light to create a beautiful and authentic scene, and also assess the work environment to get the best compositions and settings to enhance to images.
People usually need a lot of guidance for these types of shoots and that is where my people skills once again are essential.
If you go for this type of photoshoot, I will do a recce of the location in advance and ensure I extract the best from people and the environment.
